The only constant is change. Mastering Change is an introduction to the causes, characteristics and affects of change. These experiences, for the most part, are universal, but they impact everyone on different levels. As noted author William Bridges says, “It’s not the changes that do us in, it’s the transitions.” These internal reactions to change often make change too daunting of a task to take on.

How it Works
Mastering Change is a fast-paced, experiential introduction to the transition cycle that will provide the basis for more productive change. The program provides participants with real-world help dealing with the following two areas:

1. Understanding the transition cycle and how individuals can work through change. We’ll explore answer to questions such as: What are the things that hit the hardest when change occurs? What are the stages of transition? How does each stage impact me? How does each stage impact others?

2. Taking action to speed the transition period. We’ll explore answers to the following questions: What exactly can I do to make the transition period easier and faster? How can I effectively deal with others who have a different transition style? After the transition, how can I restore productivity?
